FORENSICS -  FOR JUDGES, ATTORNEYS AND LITIGANTS:
Dr. LaRusch's practice also includes forensic work.  He is certified [per NRS 178.417] to complete competency to stand trial evaluations.  He is also a court approved evaluator of adults and children as well as approved to perform child custody evaluations.

Past experience includes evaluations and records review that were used to establish/refute competency and letters to arbitrators, mediators, attorneys, courts, employers, government agencies, and school districts.


TREATMENT CHOICES, MODALITIES & ALTERNATIVES:
Dr. LaRusch provides comprehensive psychiatric care.  He offers medication management [psychopharmacology] and talk therapy [psychotherapy] or both depending on individual needs. 

Dr. LaRusch is one of the few psychiatrists in Las Vegas that does his own psychotherapy.  If the client already has a psychotherapist, Dr. LaRusch is comfortable providing only psychopharmacology services ["Split Therapy"].
