Dr. LaRusch's practice is designed to allow him to spend almost all his time doing client centered work, rather than on administrative tasks and paperwork. Confidentiality is also of the utmost importance. For these reasons Dr. LaRusch’s office does no billing of insurance companies, worker’s compensation or government agencies.
Payment is collected at the time of service. The initial evaluation is usually one hour. More time or multiple appointments may be needed in some circumstances.
At the first appointment, payment may be cash, credit/debit card or in advance through this website. At subsequent appointments other arrangements may be made. Receipts are given to clients so they may pursue payment from their insurance company if they wish.
Insurance company’s reimbursement rates can vary widely from company to company and plan to plan when using an out of network doctor such as Dr. LaRusch. For specific details talk to your insurance company.
Follow up appointments are 30 minutes or 1 hour. Appointments longer than 1 hour can be arranged. If Dr. LaRusch's schedule allows appointment lengths between 30 minutes and 1 hour may be arranged. Appointments may be scheduled multiple times per week or as infrequently as once every 3 months depending on individual needs and the clinical situation.
